1. Fabric Sourcing
The process begins with sourcing the right fabric based on client requirements. We select materials according to durability, comfort, color consistency, and intended use — whether for uniforms, workwear, sportswear, or fashion apparel. Approved samples are finalized before production moves forward.
2. Pattern Making
Once fabric is confirmed, our team prepares accurate patterns based on size charts and design specifications. Proper pattern development ensures correct garment structure, fit, and production efficiency during bulk manufacturing.
3. Sampling
Before large-scale production, we create samples for approval. This allows clients to review fabric, stitching quality, measurements, and overall appearance. Any adjustments are made at this stage to avoid issues during mass production.
4. Cutting
After sample approval, fabric is spread and cut according to finalized patterns. Precision cutting ensures uniform sizing and reduces material wastage. Each batch is labeled properly to maintain order tracking throughout production.
5. Stitching
Cut panels move to the stitching department where skilled operators assemble garments using industrial machines. Seam strength, alignment, and finishing details are monitored to ensure durability and clean construction.
6. Printing & Embroidery
If required, logos, branding, or custom designs are applied through printing or embroidery. We ensure correct placement, color matching, and long-lasting finish suitable for repeated use and washing.
7. Quality Check
Every batch undergoes inspection during and after stitching. Measurements, stitching strength, finishing quality, and labeling accuracy are checked to meet client specifications and industry standards.
8. Packing & Shipping
After final approval, garments are folded, labeled, and packed according to order instructions. We prepare export-ready packaging and manage shipment coordination to ensure smooth delivery for domestic and international clients.
